You agree to the terms of service below, and the Terms of Use for Substack, the technology provider.
INOSX Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 27, 2026
Last Updated: August 27, 2026
Welcome to INOSX.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the INOSX publication, newsletters, articles, educational content, workshops, courses, downloadable resources, community features, and other content or services made available through our Substack publication or associated INOSX properties (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, subscribing to, purchasing, downloading, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.
The INOSX publication is currently delivered in part through Substack, a third-party technology platform. Your use of Substack is also subject to Substack’s own Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other applicable platform policies.
1. About INOSX
INOSX is a technology-focused publication and learning platform covering topics including artificial intelligence, software engineering, emerging technologies, innovation, digital products, business, and related fields.
The Services may include, without limitation:
articles and editorial content;
newsletters;
research and analysis;
educational materials;
courses and learning paths;
workshops and live sessions;
tutorials and practical guides;
templates, checklists, frameworks, and downloadable resources;
software-related examples and technical demonstrations;
community discussions and interactions;
free and paid subscriber content; and
other digital resources published or distributed by INOSX.
INOSX may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at its discretion.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use paid Services.
Because the publication is distributed through Substack, users must also satisfy any age and eligibility requirements established by Substack.
If you access or use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Free and Paid Content
INOSX may offer both free and paid content.
Certain articles, courses, workshops, downloads, archives, community areas, or other resources may only be available to paid subscribers or users who have purchased specific products or services.
The availability, scope, format, frequency, and nature of content may change over time.
A subscription does not guarantee that any particular article, course, workshop, feature, contributor, publication frequency, or type of content will remain available indefinitely.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions may be offered on a monthly, annual, or other basis supported by the applicable platform.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, recurring subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
Subscription pricing will be displayed before purchase.
Payments for subscriptions offered through Substack are processed using the payment infrastructure made available by Substack and its payment partners. Depending on the platform, device, location, and payment method, transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers.
INOSX does not directly store complete payment card information processed by those providers.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining a valid payment method.
Applicable taxes, fees, currency conversions, or similar charges may apply depending on your jurisdiction and payment provider.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time using the subscription management functionality provided by the platform through which you subscribed.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation generally prevents future renewal and does not retroactively cancel the current paid subscription period.
Following cancellation, access to paid content may continue until the end of the period already paid for, subject to the functionality and policies of the applicable platform.
6. Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable once access to the applicable subscription period, digital content, course, workshop, download, or other digital service has been provided.
INOSX may, at its discretion, issue full or partial refunds in appropriate circumstances.
Subscriptions purchased through Substack may also be subject to refunds automatically processed or otherwise required under Substack’s applicable refund policies.
Purchases processed through third-party platforms, application stores, or payment providers may be subject to the refund procedures and requirements of those providers.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
7. Educational and Informational Purpose
INOSX content is provided primarily for educational, informational, research, and professional-development purposes.
Content may discuss artificial intelligence, software, cybersecurity, cloud computing, business, strategy, entrepreneurship, technology, productivity, or other professional subjects.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, INOSX content does not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.
You remain responsible for evaluating whether information is appropriate for your particular circumstances and for obtaining qualified professional advice when necessary.
8. Technical Content, Software, and Artificial Intelligence
INOSX may publish source code, commands, configuration examples, prompts, architectures, workflows, artificial intelligence techniques, software recommendations, technical procedures, and other implementation-oriented material.
Technology changes rapidly. Software versions, APIs, model behavior, platform features, security practices, pricing, regulations, compatibility requirements, and technical recommendations may change after publication.
You are responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, and securing any implementation before using it in development, production, commercial, security-sensitive, or other critical environments.
INOSX does not guarantee that examples, code, prompts, commands, configurations, or technical procedures will:
operate without errors;
remain compatible with future software versions;
meet your particular requirements;
produce identical results;
be appropriate for production use; or
be free from security, compatibility, or operational risks.
You should maintain appropriate backups, testing environments, security controls, and review procedures.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise expressly indicated, all original INOSX content is owned by or licensed to INOSX and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and unfair competition laws.
This includes, without limitation:
articles;
research;
newsletters;
courses;
videos;
workshop materials;
graphics;
illustrations;
diagrams;
presentations;
templates;
frameworks;
methodologies;
downloads;
documentation;
branding;
logos; and
other original materials.
Subject to these Terms, INOSX grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use purchased or subscribed content for your own personal or internal professional use.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:
reproduce or republish substantial portions of INOSX content;
redistribute paid content;
resell or sublicense INOSX materials;
share subscription-only content with unauthorized users;
remove copyright or attribution notices;
commercially exploit INOSX materials;
create competing products substantially derived from protected INOSX materials; or
make INOSX content available through repositories, databases, file-sharing systems, training libraries, or similar distribution mechanisms.
Reasonable quotation, commentary, citation, and other uses permitted under applicable copyright law remain unaffected.
10. Artificial Intelligence Training and Automated Extraction
Unless expressly authorized in writing or otherwise permitted by applicable law, you may not systematically scrape, crawl, harvest, extract, reproduce, or aggregate INOSX content for the purpose of:
creating commercial content databases;
training or fine-tuning artificial intelligence models;
building retrieval datasets;
creating competing knowledge products;
bulk content reproduction; or
automated commercial redistribution.
This provision does not prohibit ordinary indexing by legitimate search engines or other activities expressly authorized by INOSX.
11. User Content and Community Participation
The Services may allow users to comment, reply, participate in discussions, submit questions, or otherwise contribute content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content through the Services, you grant INOSX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, promote, or provide the relevant Services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your User Content.
INOSX may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms, platform policies, applicable law, or reasonable community standards.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
violate any applicable law or regulation;
infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or impersonate others;
distribute malware or harmful software;
attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data;
interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
circumvent subscription or access controls;
fraudulently obtain paid content;
distribute unsolicited commercial communications;
publish unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious content; or
use the Services in a manner that materially harms INOSX, its users, infrastructure, or third-party providers.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may reference or link to third-party websites, software, products, services, APIs, artificial intelligence models, repositories, research papers, applications, or platforms.
These third parties operate independently from INOSX.
References to third-party products or services do not necessarily constitute sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or warranty.
INOSX is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, terms, privacy practices, pricing, content, or performance of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
14. Availability and Modifications
We strive to provide reliable access to the Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Services may become temporarily or permanently unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, changes by third-party platforms, security requirements, legal obligations, product changes, or other circumstances.
INOSX may modify the structure, content, pricing, features, or availability of the Services at any time.
Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant platform requirements.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
INOSX makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or specific results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, INOSX and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, contributors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, productivity, or anticipated savings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INOSX’s aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of:
the amount you paid directly for the applicable INOSX Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
USD $100.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless INOSX and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
your material violation of these Terms;
your unlawful use of the Services;
your infringement of third-party rights; or
User Content submitted by you.
18. Suspension and Termination
INOSX may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary because of:
material violation of these Terms;
fraudulent activity;
misuse of paid content;
security threats;
unlawful activity;
abuse of community features; or
requirements imposed by applicable law or platform providers.
Where reasonable and legally permitted, we may provide notice before termination.
Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.
19. Privacy
Use of the Services may involve the processing of personal information.
Information processed directly by INOSX is governed by the INOSX Privacy Policy.
Information processed by Substack, payment processors, application stores, analytics providers, or other third-party services may also be governed by their respective privacy policies.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, platform requirements, technologies, or legal obligations.
The updated version will identify its effective or last-updated date.
When changes are material, we may provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory laws in your jurisdiction apply.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional requirements that cannot legally be waived, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
Nothing in this section removes rights that consumers may have under mandatory laws applicable in their country or jurisdiction of residence.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
23. No Waiver
Failure by INOSX to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the INOSX Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular product or Service, constitute the agreement between you and INOSX regarding the subject matter covered by these Terms.
Your relationship with third-party platforms such as Substack remains separately governed by the agreements between you and those providers.
